Ride At A Gallop is Ben Silver's history of the Chinook and the 228th's role in the Army's new "Air Assault" concept. Ben was the commander of the hooks in the 11th Air Assault and the first Battalion Commander of the 228th ASHB, 1st Cavalry Division. Ben still has copies at his home in Gatesville, TX.
